Seeking a reliable blog program

Hi All,

I am looking for a reliable blog program outside of Wordpress as I have heard that Wordpress has security holes in it.

Does anyone know of any great blog programs that you have had success with and that is reliable.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

there are some reviews of blogging software
but i will go with wordpress

Try Google's blog, Blogger, however the SEO is not comparable.

Yeah, blogger is great.

However, I can pretty much say that Wordpress is secure. If it's good enough for the likes of ProBlogger, John Chow (two people who know blogging/blogs INSIDE out) then you can pretty much feel comfortable that it's safe.

Wordpress has a BIG development community behind it, and if there ever are security holes - they are patched up damn quickly...

I will look into the blog programs that were mentioned. I believe it could have been the older versions of Wordpress that had security issues.
