    Arrow New Design Business

    Hello,

I am a designer and I had some questions regarding e-commerce.

I was wondering if you need a license to sell online. I want to sell designs via my personal website. I'd purchase a store to use for the site. Are there any restrictions or laws that I have to deal with before selling online?

Please note that what I will be selling is designs (e.g. business card designs) which are 100% created and owned by me.

    Help is appreciated!

i dont think there is any law that restrict e-commerce if your business's nature & intention & its operations are legal..
    not to worry..

with regards to your business, i will like to check on your designs & the services you are offering..
    please advise ya..
