Hello, I am thinking about opening a brand new website and would new a free lance writer......is there a place where I can find someone to write about hip hop music.....uhh and usually whats the pay range?

Hi. From what I know, freelance writers get around $2-$3 per article (250-350 words). It could cost more if it involves research.
