Wondering if anyone uses live chat software to connect with your customers on your site?
If you knew that Live chat increased your conversions by 25 to 35% would you pay for someone to cover your chats while you slept or while you were busy doing other important business activities?
There are a few live chat outsourcing companies in India that provide very little evidence of credibility or native English speaking skills on their sites. I am thinking there is a market for this, for live chat outsourcing that is professional and in native English.
What do you guys think? Do you have any experience with live chat? Which software do you use on your ecommerce site?
Very curious to see what everyone thinks about whether or not a live chat outsourcing service would work for ecommerce site owners.
