Its a CC payment method, ya he can charge it back. Unless you already have a 2co account why would you want to register for an account to accept payment?
And at $13,500 you really need to be using an escrow service.

I would not use 2checkout. Have them deposit the money directly into your account, or overnight a cashiers check.
