I need a website designer/developer

Hello everyone. Ive been drawing up a website idea for quite sometime now and I think im ready to go through with it. Im very familiar with websites and such but not quite sure how pricing goes. Im looking for a techy to pretty much make the whole website for me... One thats unique and appealing to the eye.

Im looking for someone who can make a BIG website. By that I mean a site where users can sign up and make their own accounts and one where those users can upload their photos (main point of the site). If your good at logo making that can be a plus too, but if not.. then thats fine I'll make my own logo. Anyone who thinks they are capable of this please post here with your name, recent projects, and price. I plan on telling you more about the project if you are serious... I just dont want anyone stealing the idea.

I run a company which implements self-service applications, mainly in the educational market. Currently we are working on an application which allows our client's customers to subscribe online to exams; in the automotive business. This application will be used for about 50.000 exam registrations per year (and there is more traffic, because people will use the system to see their qualifications etc).

Anyway, the whole project is too big to discuss here, but the point I am trying to make is: we build big web applications that are used to run the core-business of our customers.

I cannot give you a price based on the little information you have put on this website, but I am always interested in discussing what you want. If you want we will make you a proposal. We always work fixed price.
