I see business plans for websites that are aiming at making $1,000, $10,000, $50,000 dollars a month! I'm currently in the development stage of my website and I'm wondering: how hard is it just to make a steady bit of change? I'm 17 and working on opening my first 'big' website but I'm not looking to make all this money. I think as long as my site can bring in enough users to support itself I'll be happy. I don't want to be flushed down the toilet from my site but I don't expect to be the next bill gates either. Is my logic flawed? Should an entrepreneur always shoot for the stars? Because personally I don't want to be the next big thing. I would like to live comfortably (who wouldn't) but right now I just want to test the waters. So the question is can one make a nice chunk of change without massive investments/man power to back it up? Can a simple idea and team behind it make something successful? Looking for feedback is all
