If you want to flip your website, I think the primary place, the only one I personally have heard of is flippa.com.

I've never done it myself, nor would I know how to go about it. but I wish you the best of luck.

A good idea for quick flips is investing in an autoblogger script and just use that. It was really popular a bit ago, not so much now, but I still manage to sell a few sites for $15-20 with domain (only a $4-8 profit per site though). I have recently sold a network of blogs that I ran for a while in hopes to monetize them and make some good money, unfortunately it wasnt making enough to cover the server I was running the network on so I sold all the blogs and domains for $150. After the cost of hosting and domains I sold them at a loss. Unless you can make something unique and useful its very hard to make money by flipping websites. But if you establish an online business thats another thing. If you setup an estore and establish some sources for your products as well as make a few sales so you have a proven revenue, flipping those established stores can make you a decent amount.
I sold a small estore a few months back that was just re-selling DealExtreme items. All I did was find what items were a good deal and added them to my product list on the site. I had to do some marketing on Facebook and a few forums but after 20 sales I posted the estore up for sale and made a small profit on the site after hosting, domain and expenses.
Its almost never worth flipping sites unless you have the free time and dont mind spending the time in creating and marketing the site. Having a great hook up for domains is also a huge plus, they can really cut into your profit if you end up paying like $14 for a .com

The value of any website is determined by the value of its traffic, if you learn to generate traffic its very easy to start generating money from it, if you are generating 3000 hits a month on a small site specialing in lets say 'fitness routines' with plenty of good quality content, use this to start 'list building' with a programme like aweber you can then market relevant 'fitness' products to people who have 'bought in' via your site, they will know and trust you as they have already opted in and they will generally buy from people they trust.. start to do this with a number of sites in different markets and you won't want to sell them.. you'll do very nicely indeed.
