Not been affected at all.

The reason is this :-

1) we give high quality info

2) we dont use fiverr gigs and spam the interwebs

3) We dont use massive forum profiling (this is like spamming now)

4) We do not write one article and spin it 80 times and post it everywhere. Quality counts now, not quantity.

5) We actualy read what google wants now. Most people are just doing the same thing. That is what google is trying to stop.

If you hit by google panda use the following tips:
1) reduce bouncerate on your sites
2) remove/nofollow/noindex thin and crappy low quality pages on your sites
3) increase CTR in the serps (E.g use crazy call to actions and stuff in your page titles)
4) provide more value on your site (increase users onpage time)
5) interlink your website with proper anchor texts
6) use a privacy policy, about us, contact us, google maps location, SSL, address/phone number, images, subtiles, paragraphs, bulletpoints etc etc (all "possible" added quality factors you can think of)
7) more in content quality links with good anchor text variation.

My business has never been better since this update. It got a lot of crap competitors out of my way and really enforced geo-targeted SEO Campaigns... you won't hear me complain!
