I can give you a lead right now, but I highly doubt you will use their services. The company is called navisite (www.navisite.com). I know the GM and know for a fact their e-commerce servers are highly available and fully redundant and PCI compliant. But, to maintain this involves sophisticated work. So the costs could be hundreds to thousands of months for hosting. Most people I know want the $10 a month go-daddy solution. No serious company uses that solution, and anyone running ecommerce on go-daddy or for under $50 per month is likely making well under a grand a year on their sales.
