Link buying is measured as a black hat movement and should be avoided, when going for and performing SEO for a website.

Link buying is the process of paying web masters for the placement of a link or multiple links on their website. This action is done to influence the search results of Google and other search engines.

In 2012 Google rolled out the Penguin and Panda update which really devalues these types of links. Focus on quality links from relevant blogs and forums (Guest post, etc). to drive traffic. The days of link spam to rank in the results are dead.

It is also a good way to increase the traffic. But it should be used in a legal way.

Link buying can be both helpful and may also be dangerous. It is important to be smart while buying links. Don't buy links from those websites which sell in bulk. Look for some website where buying links would be mutually beneficial.

Never buy backlinks, if you want i can do some research and write a SEO guide for your specific website. This will show you what to do, how to do it and where to do it. Including the best sites for you to backlink from and for what keywords.

Do yourself a favor and don't bother buying backlinks. Generally, they're a waste of money.

Do not buy back links as Google is now aware of these link farms and you can be penalized for doing it. Go for good authoritative back links and with a website topic that matches yours.

There is a funny SEO secret-
It doesn't matter if a link is paid or non-paid. It is just important that it must not look like a paid one.

Well link buying is considered as a black hat activity and should be avoided, when going for and preforming SEO for a website.

Its a normal part of online advertisement, what google don't like is buying and selling links that pass page rank. So to deal with that you can add nofollow on those kind of links.
