There is really no best way to promote a website. This highly depends on where your target audience is hanging out on the Internet. It could be forums like YE, Facebook or Twitter. Thus, the best way to start when selecting for an online marketing strategy that suits your business will be to look at the characteristics of your target audience and where are they hanging out online.
