Hi there, my blog's at TechFilipino and I wanted to ask what more I can do to improve my blog.

My targets are:

Monetization
Gaining attracting and retaining visitors (in terms of what I can do within my website as opposed to online marketing)
contents
Layouts
Widgets

@itzpaul thanks you for the nice words. We have been doing so much outsourcing work so it should be about time we do something of our own lol. I actually used a theme, but started tweaking it to no return. It's Carrington theme

Great blog design and very impressive stats! As for reaching your goals I would tryHow To Blog - Why You Should Use WordPress | Become A Blogger and download and implement the road map to success. It has helped me out a ton as a beginner blogger.

Another way is to use unconventional mediums to convey your blog like 12seconds.tv, seesmic and several others. Nothing however, beats great content and great marketing. Focus on those and the rest will fall into place.
