Must Have Wordpress Plugins

So well i'm about to start a blog/website and I'm pretty new to this wordpress concept. I would like to know what are good wordpress plugs in you all recommend. I'm looking for SEO plugsin mainly to promote the site but anything that your wordpress site must have please list away.

Welcome to one of the most discussed yet polluted topics within the wordpress community. Just so you can see what I'm talking about. Go to your favorite search engine and type in "must have wordpress plugins". There are literaly millions of sites who basicallu all list the same 20 or so plugins that you "must have".

However most of these sites don't realize that the more plugins you have the longer it takes for the user to load your site. That being said let's figure out what some of the necesary parts of a website are.
1. Content
2. Design - Design is more about appealing to a users visual side besides most users do not want to just look at plain old text. They want visual appeal. It also allows the admin to put the focus on the content within the design. Load time is key when picking a theme.
3. User interaction - Most common way for user interaction with a blog is by commenting. So you want a good plugin that adds to the themes comment function. One of the bettet ones out there is Disqus which operates off of the Disqus.com platform.
4. Seo or search engine optimization - Its all about optimizing what search engine crawlers see and later categorise your sites rankings. Examples: Keywords, meta data etc
The most simple and most popular out there is "All in One SEO Pack". If your feeling daring or just want to experiment with what works then you should get HeadSpace2 SEO. It allows you to customize almost every aspect of SEO.
