Email marketing vs twitter marketing

It depends what your promoting I think and also who your trying to reach. Not everyone has a twitter account, same as facebook and myspace etc. And email marketing is often ignored due to high spam rates, even if its legitimate which is rather.. annoying!

i specially prefered facebook,blogging.and my space marketing becoz becoz they have more clint then twitter

What do you mean by which one is the best? Best in terms of what? Driving traffic, promoting website? For me I think both have their own advantage.. By just using them properly and not abusing.
