Any Sydney Entrepreneurs?

Hi All,
Just thought I'd shout out to any Sydney entrepreneurs out there.

My name is Clint Marsden and I'm running an eBay business. I've been operating since September last year and I'm on track to start importing products very soon.

Is anyone else here involved in eBay or online marketing?

Although based in Sydney, most of my business lies in US because AU market is very small IMO.

I agree. Don't get me wrong, Australia is great if you are able to find the perfect niche, though USA does offer a much broader market with a lot of opportunities. Bringing it back to OZ, I have found that it's been great to operate a website design and development business here, opposed to the USA. Australia is way behind in terms of pretty much everything to do with the internet, whether it be one of the slowest broadband speeds in the developed countries or the ridiculous prices businesses charge for a logo for instance. Being able to tap into this market and introduce lower prices with the same quality service is better here in Australia with a industry which is just starting to establish itself, opposed to in America where the industry is already at the mature stage.

im involved in online marketing to some extend, i offer online marketing in conjunction with with my web design company(soon to operate)

nice, do you sell your own shirts or other people? is there also a surchage for your service? im quite interested.

just want to give you guys a yell i am also from sydney, im currently 18 in development of a web design company and HOPEFULLY record label(events,promotions,music beat production etc)

I run a fast growing online business called Lime&Tonic Sydney (check out the site) and i am looking for a partner with the same entrepreneurial spirit and hunger to run/drive a successful online business with high end clients such as Four Seasons and the Swissotel.
