Melbourne Entrepreneurs?

Hey guys Im 25, living in Melbourne for the last year and im looking to see if there's any other Melbourne or Aussie based Entrepreneurs out there?

We seem to be lacking in numbers on this site? any other main sites where young aussies network online?

Does anyone know about start- up food distribution in Melbourne? What if I want to cook something out of my kitchen then package and sell it to distributors and retailers, do I have to have trademarks and copyrights on my product/brand before I approach them?

Also any idea what kind of food/health license I would need to cook the product out of my kitchen? Is that even allowed?

Any help would be appreciated! How's the business market out there with you guys?
