we are a marketing agency specially serve the credit card centers in China, our plan is to grow with the credit markets, share the profit & interest with the bank and the cardholders.
we provide the prof. consulting & planning service, such as AQ, UR, co-branding, CRM etc.
our goal is to be the top credit card consulting & marketing agency in China. Actually, our team has the superior reputation now, but we leave and set up a new agency to run our new logo。
Job Function Recruiting:
1- Acquisition & Activation
(New cardholder recruitment & Activate the cardholder to use the card,
P.S., we just offer the marketing plan, not as imaged we set the booth to sell the card on the street. No that way. But, of course, we are responsible for our plan’s result.
2- Contractual Merchants / Usage & Retention
Contractual Merchants:
Bargain the offer for the credit card center. E.g., get a 20% off discount for CMB cardholders. That’s the job of this position. But the point is you need to be charge of several industry.(such as, F&B, Tourism, Movie Center, the clubs etc.)
Usage & Retention
Do the marketing planning to boost the usage of the cardholders.(make the cardholders swipe the card more and more.)

Career Path:
Staff—Officer—Manager—Director—Partnership
What we are recruiting is: Staff + Junior Partnership
Plan A: Staff(no relative experience)---1 years trained to be mgr.---3 years be Director.
Plan B: Junior Partnership—2 years trained and biz dev---Senior Partnership

Requirement:
1- English: CET-4 or IELTS 5.0 is basic requirement.
2- Must accept & get used to the high pressure job & necessary OT.
3- Loyal & aggressive. Can stay stable for at least 2 years.
BTW, you are here to be an entrepreneur not to be a worker only. So you must be aggressive to work everything as perfect as possible.

4- Staff: own 1-2 year commercial experience is preferred. But no experience is also acceptable.
Partnership: At lease stay in banking industry especially in credit card center for 2-3 years.
If you don’t know all about the AQ, UR, CRM, never mind, I can help to train you and give you time to grow up. But you shall adjust your attitude and bear high pressure.

If you got 3 years credit card banking experience, after practice and co-work, you will supposed to be promoted very soon in 1-2 years.

Pay & Benefits:
Staff:
1- basic salary + high density training

2- an aboard travelling for 20 days for at least 3 countries every 2 years.
3- an big reserved bonus will be assigned every 3 years

Junior Partner:
1- High bonus & commission (but no basic salary for the 1st year).
