What's the best domain name development?

Hi, I currently own quite a bit of domain names and lots of premium ccTLDs. I wanted to ask people what would be the best development project (you could recommend) for domains instead of parking it.

I'm considering time spent and potential returns.

That's a pretty general question. It could be any number of things depending on the domains, your skils, etc. So it's really hard to say.

Adsense has a program for parked domains.You point your domains to them and you earn from ads based on your domain name. If it is a domain that is hard to identify as to what niche it is, then you add keywords to it so Google knows what kind of traffic to send it.
