The best business to get into.....

I want to know ppl's opinions on this... I went to a business presentation with my mum last week where a very rich man told us how he made all of his money through network marketing. I researched it as soon as i got home and im now wondering why everybody isn't doing it? Some great features of network marketing include:

You can earn more than your boss
You have all the help and support you will ever need from ppl who are in the same boat as you
    Very little investment
Train ppl to do what you do and get paid a commision for the rest of your life
You coulld build a team, work for ten years and retire but still be paid every month forever.

Just wanted to know what you guys think, please dont mention bloody pyramid schemes though as I get asked that by everybody I talk 2, if you research network marketing a little then you will know it is totally different.

The reason why everyone isn't doing it because there are some very strong opinions about this whole subject, and I'll try to be as neutral as possible with my comments.

Everyone has heard of network marketing. Everyone has heard of multi-level marketing. Everyone has heard of pyramid schemes. For those that are uneducated in this topic, those are all the same thing. If you know the history behind these industries and the legal differences, then its very clear that they are all different.

I have personally been involved with network marketing with several different companies. I have seen moderate success; but nothing that rivals that of which I can do on my own with my own company. I hate to say this, but in my opinion, there are two different types of people who typically stay involved with businesses like this; dumb people who have nothing else going for them and this is their only shot at any success, and people who are smart enough to be able to take advantage of people without those people realizing it. That may seem pretty extreme, and I know I would of disagreed with such a statement when I was involved, but now looking back at it, it makes complete sense.

There are literally thousands of network marketing companies out there. Bigger isn't always better. The comp plan is what sets them apart. A fundamental base for almost all these companies is residual income. But you have to ask yourself, is it truly residual? Despite what these companies say, it almost always requires you to continue doing some work to continue to get paid, so you can't truly walk completely away from the business. If you are one of the lucky ones and are successful with the business, they don't want to lose you, they want you to stay around to continue making them money instead of walking away and only making money for yourself.

Also, where does the money come from? For it to be a legal business and not a ponzi scheme, your income has to be based off of products or services sold (not the recruitment of others). So the question becomes, is your income truly stable if its based off of products or services that have to be continually sold month after month, year after year, for you to continue to get paid.

Very few people in these business make a living compared to those that try. And from those few people, a high percentage of them build it up, then lose a good chunk do to uncertainties within the structure of "their business"; so they then have to rebuild it to get their income back up to the level they want.

If you are a person who is capable of starting your own business, the question usually becomes which is better? Becoming part of a network marketing company or starting my own business. Its possible to be successful with both, and its possible to fail with both; I would say the odds are about the same. Both require the same persistence and drive; but in our society a regular business will always be considered more legitimate by your friends, family, and everyone else.

I personally know 3 people who went into network marketing. I'm from Australia and it was everywhere for a very brief moment in time a few years ago. And then it just died. I haven't heard anyone in it or heard about it since.

The people I knew who tried it didn't make a cent and actually lost money joining the network and buying their products etc.

I am doing online affiliate marketing now which makes a lot more sense as you control what you earn by yourself. Sales are made externally and not internally (as was the case with the network marketing my I saw), and so it does not build up like a pyramid scheme does.

Network marketing is one of those ventures that you must know hundreds of people and be extremely comfortably with people and selling your product. You can make money no doubt; had several friends doing it and they made a few grand a month, but they are those type of people who never stops and are always working.

Also; caution on going into one, make sure they have been around for more than twenty years and have had no legal issues, a lot of these newly created NM direct selling co. are just out for your money.

THE BEST BUSINESSES Are RECESSION PROOF FREE BUSINESSES SAVING PEOPLE MONEY & PROVIDING FUNDING TO BUSINESSES

    Good question,

More than ever before, it is important to research recession proof businesses, ones which save people money, not cost them more than they are already spending on similar products or services. It is all about value in a recession this severe, so before you waste your time or money in a business with overpriced products with little profit potential, focus on verifiable value and on products or services everyone already uses or needs.

I research them all, and saving people money is my focus, as well as providing services everyone is looking for in this recession. It starts with saving people money as mentioned, and with sever economy, and millions loosing their homes to foreclosure, offering services to help is a booming business and recession proof. Halting foreclosures is a business which will be in big demand for years to come.

Providing people a free $100K Family Legacy Life Benefits with low cost health plans, RX precriptions plans and free last will and testament is a great incentive I offer businesses which saves then thousands every year, and everyone needs, so again, it always comes back to saving customer and businesses money which is the best recession proof businesses I have researched.

With most businesses looking for business loans and with little hope no matter how good their credit is, a new funding alternative is the only answer for most businesses when banks say no. Setting up cash reserve funding accounts is the best recession proof business when economy is collapsing as all businesses run into cash flow problems no matter how successful they may be, tough times demand a reserve account and we offer up to $250,000. in instant cash funding with 95% approval ratio and cash in 48 hours with no personal guarantee required. Any business with a merchant account qualifies. Now this is my best recession proof business at the moment.

    Success to all,

Here is the thing about network marketing. It is a very successful business. The trick is that it is not for everyone. First and foremost you need to understand a few things about the program you are into. Just as a side note I have done tons of affiliate marketing programs and all of them cost money but can make that money back in no time. First thing to know is about levels. In network marketing you make sales based off people you sell to and people you hire, and even people they hire. Now this has a set of levels, or how many people down will make you money. I work in a program where there is no limit to that level. The other thing is percentage. You need to make sure you are making a good percentage in the company. I make 10% which is about average but thats for the sales of people under me. Otherwise I make 50%. Now the last question is how am I going to make this money back. Again these programs are great and people make great money, but the question is, is it right for you. The way my program works is we have two legs of people we hire and anyone else we bring in we put under those people. It's an incentive program. All affiliate programs have that too. It's usually in the form of higher percentages but this is better. Now this means that anyone can make money and the best part is that its not traditional sales. Everyone has sold at least once in their life. After all anyone married has to sell themselves right? Make a good presentation, whether is be for anything, even a job. Here you can do anything you want. Whatever your best at. If you are interested I am apart of one of the best programs for this nad I can talk you through it if interested. Private message me for more details.
