    Starting a graphic art site?

lol long time lurker, first time poster.

Anyhoo, I'm planning to start a website for my artwork and adding affiliate links and all that good stuff. But I don't know if I have good enough content for visitors. Its not a graphics art site, like making banners, web designs, etc. Its a drawing and creating on the computer. And I do know a lot of sites that create a lot of traffic and get a lot of hits. My favorite art site has 6 mil hits and 800 avg hits a day, is that a good number?

Anyways, I'm a pretty good artist and I know web development. But is my art enough for ppl to visit, I was planning to add a tutorials section and show ppl how I draw. And ppl will maybe come back to the site, to see any updates.

But I feel that my site won't be mature enough to attract people who would potentially want to purchase something. You know, like teenagers to really early 20s.

What kind of products can I offer to them?
Is it a good idea to make an art site?
Any other suggestions? I'm new to affiliate marketing

welcome to ye. hope you have a great stay

no, it's not a good idea to "make an art site" or any other site for that matter.

what is a good idea is commercializing elegant solutions to people's important problems using resources currently outside of your control (i.e. entrepreneurship)

what problem do you want to solve?

I want to be apart of affiliate marketing, and the only thing I know well is computer art. Thats the only content I'm able to show. What I want to know are the products I can advertise to my market, which will most likely be teenagers.
