What kind of traffic are you seeing?

You might want to try advertising the free ipod/psp/computer/whatever thing, I imagine that with enough traffic you should be able to get a few...just a thought.

I JUST got everything up and running and everything set up with PayPal, and I havn't had any time to start with advertising.

Where do I find the free ad's? I know about the "www.free__.com" site, do i just contact them or something?

I'm not new to running a website or forums or whatever. But, i'm fairly new to advertising with a website and making money, so.. If anyone has any other good ideas, go ahead and shoot.

I have a question for some of you more seasoned netrepenuers.

For a new website, where should I advertise? (preferably cheap/free and reliable)

And for a website like mine, where should I go for advertising?

Does any of these SITES actually WORK, or worth the time filling up loads and loads of SPAM invested forms?

Sorry not much help here...Ill do some advertising for you on some other forums im on. (cant beat free )

You might want to look at advertising on websites like i-am-bored. they have a "hot links" that you can pay to be on. its run by adengage.com <--- there you can advertise on a bunch of sites.

Yeah they do work but you do need to fulfill your "requirements" thats the hard part, getting 5 people to sign up and do the requirment. get a free email account and use it for things like this. thats what I do atleast.

I LOVE marketingexperiments.com I have been like addicted to it, and their suggestions are so valuable, I would pay money to read it. It's actually the most valuable free source I have found online since.... sliced bread.

i actually found it yesterday and I think if I apply their suggestions to my store, mainly landig pages, promotions, and adding credibility factors(which I all realized I was missing thanks to the site) my conversion rate will atleast double.
