Javascript to boost your adsense earnings

Hi I've installed a javascript that promotes firefox to IE users and it's rather aggressive but it works ok.

If you use it or not won't affect my earnings, I just wanted to share the tip with you.

Click on the image to get to the script! Earnings per install are between 0,25 cents and $1 per install.

Is this within AdSense rules? (I'm not an AdSense expert, though I am AdSense-experienced, so I honestly don't know.)

    Smart thinking...

He's just using javascript to check the users browser and display a download link to firefox(which you get paid for) if they're using IE.

I know what it does. That's not what I asked. What I asked was whether this is within AdSense rules or not. From my understanding, you can post text on your site stating that you recommend Firefox, but you cannot put text stating something to the effect of 'Click here to get Firefox.' In my interpretation, that is exactly what this is doing. So I am just wondering what the OP's take is on this matter.

It's not against google's TOS. I can't even think of a reason it would be either.

You get paid per unique download of firefox. You get special buttons that basically say "Click Here To Get Firefox Now".

    I don't see the mis-understanding.

Of course you don't. Have you ever used AdSense?

Stop being ignorant. It's not Pay Per Click. It's Pay Per Unique Download. Google WANTS you to get people to click on the button. Anything that lowers IE's market share is just gravy.

cswolf, you did not answer my question, which obviously shows you have never used AdSense. My suggestion to you is to reel yourself in, or you will very soon be banned.

I've used adsense. I get over $200 a day from it. I answered your questions multiple times. And you just "subtly" insult me and get hostile.

You did not answer my question, until the post I am now replying to. From now on in your posts, please try to post a bit more than just a few words. Saying something sucks, or is stupid, or isn't stupid, or whatever - is not sufficient. If you cannot back up your claims, your posts will be deleted. I'm trying to be fair to you, but you're acting like quite a child; it's really difficult to remain nice to you. I am not being subtle in insulting you - I am being direct and open about it.

If you have any concerns, feel free to contact me via PM. You will find me a most reasonable person.
