Is this an odd advertising offer?

I received an email today from ExpoActive that said they wanted to advertise on this specific page of my site: http://www.nathanwaters.com/archives...rketing-videos

But I'm thinking it's a little odd because:

1) the page they're talking about doesn't receive much traffic, I don't think
2) they're only offering 5c a click when I usually get 20c a click from Adsense

Anyone else get this offer or am I just special?

Any reason people think I would get such an offer?

Manual, using Technorati and other search tools. They're pretty smart.

Their shareholders are gonna be very happy.

Nope.

They're offering a quarter of what Adsense usually pulls in for a click... and since I'm making nothing with Adsense it doesn't make sense
