I'm looking for a good service to build an affilliate program that allow you to use paypal as a transcation. and to pay out affilliate for their sales.

Please let me know and share our ideas

I'm planing on using them for online stores.

I've used QuickPayPro.com (monthly service, not thrilled with it), idevaffiliate.com (you install the script on your server, I'm pleased with it) and then there's the free mals-e.com

Plus: 1shoppingcart.com

Lots to choose from!

Groundbreak.com offers a pretty good affiliate tracking program. I am not sure if it is compatable with any payment processors though.
