I have some great video tutorials that talk all about commission junction and how to use it on my new site www.juggernautclub.com that should help you quite a bit.
You just copy/paste the code CJ gives you onto your html file...If you really needed I could do this for you PM me and I'll give you my email. Would take me like 2 minutes tops to do this for you.
