    Googles adsense for search rules?

Does anyone know if you are allowed to make a website that is just a google search engine and make money from it? Like what www.GoodSearch.com did, but with Yahoo's program?

i dont understand how goodsearch.com is allowed to function. they only give 50% to charity. and their site probably costs next to nothing to run. and by saying they'll give half to charity they are letting people know that they need to click on the sponsored ads.
unless they gave 100% away to charity i don't see why they allowed to function.

If you check out google adsense help forum, they have mentioned that they do not allow sites like goodsearch.com for adsense search because they consider it as getting the visitors to click on the ads even though they do not intend to view the ads.
