Buffetthotel.com -Best way to monetize

I recently purchased the domain BuffettHotel.com. This is the name of Jimmy Buffet's latest album, set to release later this year. I personally am a HUGE Parrothead (name for Jimmy Buffet fans) and am looking for advice on what to do with the site.

I have considered the following:
-Parking it
-Parking it with the hope of later selling it
-Affiliate marketing (selling Jimmy Buffett music, memorabilia, etc.)
-Developing it (maybe a Jimmy Buffet blog, or other site)

Anyone have any suggestions? I am not new to developing websites, just seeing if anyone else can point me in the right direction.

I'd say to contact the record label company, or wait for them to contact you, and sell it to them for a nice profit.
