they o not like it, it is against there TOS.
what will happen is they will email you warning you to sort the traffic out, then you will need to stop, or they might just ban you.
I was getting traffic send to one of my sites not long ago, this was by a member trying to gain referrals I had to ban the sites that was sending it me as I got this email from adsense.
NOTE: this kind of traffic will gain you nothing in any way.
