Adsense Profitability

How profitable has Adsense been for everyone here? What is everyone making per month from Adsense and what kind of traffic numbers are hitting your site?

I got 3000 uniques last month, on record to hit over 6000 uniques this month. I have been testing it for the past week or 2 on my blog. I dont really see me making more than 10 or 20 dollars for the month, but I will keep you posted.

Here is an update. I signed up 10 days ago and made $8.71 so far. I have been averaging 200 unique hits a day for the past 10 days, google said I got 151 clicks. I will give you an update in another 10 days.

So far, I dont think its really worth it, my affiliates make me much more money. I could be renting this advertisement space out for way more each month. But I wanted to try it for one month before I quit. I never used adsense till 10 days ago.

I've never tried adsense. As of today, I am trying the Amazon affiliate program where I am listing books I recommend along with reviews of the books. I figure by doing the reviews and recommendations I am providing valuable content for my blog while at the same time making a few bucks if people buy any. But I am only recommending books that I have read and suggest other people read.

There ya go Josh. I do the same thing on my blog. I only review programs or websites I have used and recommend. It brings some reliability to your posts. People seem to respect the fact that I only promote what I would use.

I am on par to make about $500 this month, have 9 sites.
