Ad question

Well heres my question:

I understand the CPM/CPC module for advertising.

So lets say it's $4 CPM. Now is that per ad or a group of ads?

Also what about the general revenue intake from banners that do rotation of ads?

What if my websites is multi-paged, So if your on the Home page where a banner is, then you go to another page with another banner, that second view, does that count also?

If anyone can answer this, that would be great.

Also if anyone knows a very reliable, affiliate network, please list them

Also I have been searching for online web-designers, from what I can see, most charge about the usual 75-125$/per hour rate....

Currently the dot com has been bought out, and the ideas are underway... so far we have about 75k in funding. and our goal is to reach 1.2 million visits a month. I currently have the website hosted by Yahoo.

my advice:

don't just hire a programming company. Hire a company that has programmers, graphic designers, internet marketing experts, and a internet business consultant.

Also, don't pay more than $75/hour for php programming. The market is saturated and there is no reason to pay more. And that is if you are hiring a company. If you are hiring an individual, the rate should be about $35/hour.

can i ask what the website is?

You can ask all you want, but will I tell you is the key question....

First off, I couldnt believe that when I came to this idea, the dot com was available which was very hard to believe

But behind every big dot com there has to be a theme where it attracts the online community.

And I believe I've pretty muched nailed it....

Honestly to say I can see that we probably will hit around 1-2 million visits within the first 2-3 months.

But I am currently overseas, so its hard to really start this. So I am doing all the reseach I can before I come home in less than 2 months.

Thats why I asked about the CPC/CPM question. So I can get a general figure of how much this website will be generating once it's up.

Plus the money that we are going to invest into this is nice. We dont have to seek outside funding/loans.

But can anyone answer the questions based upon the first post?
