Hi guys...I asked this question a few months ago with no success. I'm looking for a company/software that will allow me to manage my own banner ads within my site (not external).

Does anyone have any reccomendations?

Looking for software that I can upload banner ads, distribute them on my site adhearing to CPM restrictions, moniter performance, etc.
