I have recently integrated some ads from the Yahoo Publisher Network in a few of my high traffic websites in place of where some Google Adsense ads were. I was amazed at the results!

While it was evident that the relevancy of the ads from the Yahoo Network still left plenty of room for improvement, it took just a few hours to realize that the revenue generated by the Yahoo Ads was much more than that of the Google ones. Honestly, the ads (both for pure impressions and per click) earned about 4 times that of the Google ones.

Review Conclusion: I have since switched over all of my ads to the Yahoo Platform. Since the program is still in Beta, it will continue to improve. Don’t waste your time with Google Adsense. Switch over to Yahoo on some of your pages, and I am sure you will see the difference.

I would say it took about 3 weeks after submitting the application to be accepted. Like I mentioned, the program is still in beta, so I imagine the people at Yahoo are fairly busy with improvements and current customer support.

Yep, YPN does pay a lot more than AdSense. Trouble with them is that, to the best of my knowledge, they currently only accept US applicants (although I hope it will change in the future).
