Well the best way to go about getting affiliates to your site would be to simply say "hi, our site blah blah has become rather successful and we'd like to continue to expand it. We're currently looking for people/webmasters to become affiliates for our site. Here's what we require, here's what you get, here's some bonuses to joining. Thanks"
