Does anyone have a solid idea of how to start an email campaign?

Buying leads (emails) to setting up some program that can email up to 4 million emails, i know there is software out there that can do that. I hope im not confusing, any ideas guys?

Start off harvesting emails, use something like aweber or icontact.

and start to promote, pretty blunt, but find a email contactor, and then go from there and see how many people u can get to subscribe.

harvesting emails? sending out spam?? don't bother - it's a load of crap!

capture visitor details when they interact with you site. don't add them to any database that they havent given you permission to add them to. otherwise you just piss people off and develop a bad rep.

I use a program called follow up xpert to handle all my mails...
