MY LiL' PPC conected to a PPL Secret:
If you do a google search for MSN promo codes...you'll find out how to get a free $100 to start using MSN AdCenter. You then go to RocketProfit, ShareASale, or Commission Junction and sign up for a couple PPL programs. Try to pick some that might not have a high CPC rate. Or you'll burn through that free $100 lightning quick.

You want to be able to test the ROI and campaign profitability with this free $100. (and get some free money) After the $100 is gone you should know whether or not you can make money on this campaign, and how much you should be spending per day in order to get the highest ROI.

The most I have made before my $100 was gone is $330...the least I have made was $17.

How to Fail:
You will fail at this technique if you do not already know how to set up a PPC acount. (Google AdWords, Overture)
You "might" fail at this is you try to use a PPL program that your CPC is higher then $1.50 per click. (you can go over...but I don't recomend it)
You will fail at this if you set up a crappy PPC campaign.

Definition of a crappy PPC campaign:
Very few keywords, non-relevent keywords, and only using broad keywords. A crappy PPC campaign also has no ad variations, no ad groups, basically just unorganized group of keywords.

For best read Crushing Yahoo. (get it free here) If you do the dirty work first...You'll make money from this over and over and over. Just always watch your ROI.

I've had alot of people asking questions...actually one question.

Do I direct link from MSN to the PPL offer: Yes...until I find out it's profitable...then I create a review page, and write a testimonial of a guy who applied to all the offers to "make sure" he got what he wanted.

I've tried that code a couple times in the past and it did not work.

you do not have to be in the states here is the work around...and I took this out of WealthyAffiliate.com...which I am not really supposed to do, since normally you have to pay for access to this type of info.

Trick to doing this outside the states:
Get httptunnel, install it and log from a us proxy server
change your internet explorer/mozilla setings to use proxy
and voila: MS now thinks you live in America.
great tool, I ve been using it since 1999 and never let me down.
old version had banners, but did the job 100%
perfect for anonymous surfing, people who live in banned countries
or want to surf and the boss has a firewall.
it maps all protocols on port 80 so it seems like surfing
