$20 Challenge

I am currently taking an Entrepreneurship class that involves a $20 challenge project. I have to invest only 20 dollars in a business and make 600 off of it. So, I am trying to use the Internet to do this. I have until December.

Here is my idea

tell me what you think? Any suggestions?

It is in the preliminary stages right now. I need to get some FSBO listings to make it take off.

I would love your input.

nice idea. but i think it would be hard to find a client since your site is hosted for free.

Would you have any recommendations for finding a domain and setting up a web site for under $20?

since its an entrepreneurship class, I'm sure it touches on and encourages using other peoples money.

Are there any rules in the challenge against that? You can put up $20 and find 3 other people to do the same, so you would each own 25%. Or you can even team up with some of your classmates to do the same thing.

As far as a website, I have always recommended homestead to people. I've used it in the past and have liked it. There's a link to it at the bottom of my website (business success) if you want to check it out. The price might be just slightly higher than what you can afford though.

You can pickup a .com domain for $7 with a coupon at GoDaddy.com and find some good hosting around the internet from $1-3 per month.
