Years ago when i was still young, i had a dream, a dream that for me was very far to reach out. Because of uncomfortable lifestyle, me and my sister had made a small business, which at first a very small sari sari store, wanting to earn extra money she put halo halo( tropical mixed fruits on a shaved ice) on the business, we sell snacks at the same time. As time passes by, i finished my college as Electronics and Communications Engineer, I worked in other country for 3 years. It has always been my ambition that someday my business will grow which is to put up a snack bar business. For a short time, I ran the business with confidence. Sad to say that too many filipinos believe in crab mentality. My business was closed due to some reasons. But in awhile I stand back to what i believed was for me. I developed some formula for the finest halo-halo in the city. I also developed "ice coolers"- icy almond coffee , hazel coffee cool, strawberry craze, mais con yelo, rocky road, ice cream shake; burgers, batchoy, chilli hotdog with buns, milk tea, burger steak, a many more. So many people love it. Right now, I am working in a company inline with my course with minimal wage. Deep in my heart and mind, i still believe and confident that my business will progress, but dont know how.
