I was just wondering has anybody had any dealings with worldwidebrands.com. Is it worth buying any of their products like the dropship source directory etc. Ive heard many people talk about the site but surely most of the products listed are already being sold on ebay.

If you're looking for ideas for something to sell, then yes, worldwidebrands is a great resource. The problem is - you're looking for ideas on a list that is available to everyone else, so yes, the ebay market is probably saturated for everything you would find there.

I bought the dropship subscription for my store (hsunlimited.com - in development), because I have a very specified targeting plan and marketing approach that I believe sets my company apart from competition that might be carrying the same products to another market.

If you're just looking to sell ebay merchandise, than in general you're much better off finding your products via keyword research (wordtracker, inventory.overture.com, etc) and creativity. Then once you find your product, find out who manufactuers it, then call them directly. You'll be surprised at how many companies dropship, or will refer you to a dropshipping distributor.

I ordered from world wide brands and I really can not find any company on there that sells real name brand items. There are some more personal items on some of the sites that look pretty good.

Hey, if anyone else is trying to rack up info on Worldwidebrands I have some insight to share.<br>
I have tried it and I actually found 1 dropshipper where I was able to make about 500 dollars in profit....and yes that is after all fee's from ebay and paypal. If your a dropshipper or ebayer, wholesaler whatever....some great sites to add on to your advantage are....<br>

Worldwidebrands is good to a degree because it is very saturated. If you find a good niche and a great dropshipper, you still have a chance...Some advice would also to make a website around your items after you see some success, then from their you could get higher profits, but you will have to do some SEO to get good traffic...

I work with WorldWideBrands for my business. They only give you factory authorized wholesalers for legal businesses, they have a rigorous screening process they put the suppliers through to be sure they are legit, and not middlemen stealing your profits. EVERYTHING is sold on eBay, that should be obvious. You need to find a niche, and WWB is extremely invaluable for this. If are are considering, I do have an affiliate link in my signature. I have used it every time I need a product, or want to do keyword research, market research, competition analysis etc.

Related topic that some of you Ebay store owners might know more about. How is that ebay market doing? I've heard a lot of buzz about countries outside the US increasing prices and shrinking profit margins.

I've used them, you have to do some research to find the good companies. But I think it's worth it.

I used worldwidebrands and actually found a niche within it, but I feel like worldwidebrands is so crowded it actually flooded those markets...and I experience my supplier's shipping prices go up......Guess they got to sure of themselves and thought they should be making even more profit.... They lost 2,000 plus orders from me because of that and some mistakes in a month that I got tired of....
