Although I have created my own blog, I have no experience of designing website.

Could anyone tell me where to start? Any free templetes? Previous review some other ppl posting, they mention about the PHP, which I am not sure how to use.

It depends if you want to buy a template, create your own website using hand coding or web editor like frontpage etc...

If you want to create your own site using web editor, then i would suggest you choose the shopping cart you will be using for your eshop first. Because different shopping cart will have different interface where you can only use certain web editor that is compatible with it.

Yes, I agree.Blogs have its templetes. However, most of them are not intent to be used for creating online stores. Like my blog, it is only used for posting my porfile.

Or if anyone know where to get a better templete (free).

You said you want to create an eshop to sell shoes. I'm curious, are you going to sell shoe's that you designed (i.e. start your own line) or are you just going to sell name brands? I think the online market for selling name brands might already be taken by sites like Zappos.com.
