Selling Websites

Hey Everyone! I was wondering if anyone could give me any information on the process of selling websites... I see everyone offering websites for sale but i have no idea how that works? Is that the same idea as parking your website? Thanks for your help!

By the website do you mean the domain or a full website?

Right you are selling the website with domain name and website. Don't give the hosting for your site with the sale.

First of all you need to find out the value of the site inc domain name this is usually 10-12 months monthly revenue if you have proof over a decent period of time if not then it will obviously be lower. Then once you've got this you put it up for sale and get a buyer once this is done, you push the domain over to them - this is done by firstly unlocking the domain and then sending it to the username they give you(this is free if you transfer between the same company usually) If its to another comapny then it will be an extra charge and you should make sure this is covered by the buyer. The once the domain has been push and you've already pulled the site offline, you send them your site script, if its too big them put it on a cd and mail it to them, if its not big email it them.

Once thats done you've completed the selling process and you'll have your money from your sale

Selling Websites is Easy with Me!

I sell websites, and I sell them in an easy manner. I offer them as download zip files. That way I don't have to think up a domain, customize it, host it, etc. I do offer hosting through an affiliate after they buy and I also offer a customization service so I maximize my profits. I sell the majority of my websites on eBay. You can purchase my entire package of websites at http://www.BuyNick.biz and resell each of them or the entire package together on eBay or your own website. Email me with any questions and I will help you get started.
