Question for Virtual Assistants
I recently read a post on here about virtual assistance. I know some of you guys are also virtual assistance, and I am assuming this is sort of like an outsourced call center/assistant. My question is how many of you are using software to keep you and your clients on the same page. What types of software are you using?

Virtual Assistant Software
The clients of virtual assistants are the ones that provide the software for them to use. But oftentimes, most of the software can already be downloaded over the Internet.

Basically, client have to specify what software is necessary and the virtual assistant can work on that or get help from other sources.
