New E-Commerce Business-Need Help!

I'm 25 years old and finally decided to start my own business. I have been working in the electronics industry for about 8 years in marketing so I'm well aware of the technologies.

Recently I did some test marketing selling phones on Ebay without any contracts and did better than I ever expected. I would like to buy more phones wholesale from Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint and AT&T but I am not sure how I can just buy the phones and not have to sell their service plans. I don't really care about the commissions, and I do have the capital to purchase the inventory.

In other words, I just want to be a reseller for those carriers and would like to know if I have to be authorized by them to buy from wholesalers such as brightpoint and brightstar? I have looked into so called "wholesalers" online, but they're selling phones more expensive than what is being sold in the stores without a contract and I know what price these phones should be wholesaling for as opposed to retail. So if anyone has any ideas, or can recommend a service that can help i'm open to all insights.

Proceed with Caution, but Alibaba.com has products you can import from all over the world.

I have researched alibaba.com for over 2 months now. Out of the 500 listings on there, 5 are actually legitimate but their prices are ridiculous and the scammers are so obvious listing a company in the U.S then when you ask where they're located they say the U.K and they only accept western union, moneygram and wire transfer. Way I see if they're doing business online and not accepting credit card payments then they shouldn't be in business because I hope no one sends cash to people they don't even know. In addition, the scammers tell you that western union accepts credit cards. But what most people don't know is that western union will charge your credit card as a cash advance, and you have no way of filing a chargeback. Either way your money is gone. So anyone know of a distributor for verizon, t-mobile, sprint, AT&T that allows you buy from them as a reseller?
