Firstly, I just took a look at your gallery and you have done some very 'swank' designs hehe

Sorry but your site is hard to look at .. it hurt my eyes. I think the black background didn't help

Given that your site is actually selling services I would lose the Adsense - why would a successful designer need 20c here and there from Adsense? Credibility is the key.

Last but not least, make the home page much more focussed in on what you actually do.

The grapics look great but it took me a few minutes to figure out what "Swank Media" actually does. Also, the buttons on the left are really hard to read, i use a high res on my laptop and I had to squint and look close to read those. The blog type setup for the main page is nice but make sure the visitor knows quickly what you are about when they get their. Also, you may want to lose the advertising and the phrase "this is my first real project" to lend a sense of legititmacy.

I also agree the black background is alittle too much for the eyes, maybe put some of your work on the front page.

The site is very nice, However i disagree with the others. I think the only thing that is a bit hard for the eyes is the pixelated font on the navigation. Some pretty nice stuff, obviously i have seen the same sort of things on other forums in signatures, but you are offering your services and good luck. Also, maybe think about having the links along the top and aligning the whole thing in the center. Just ideas, you do not have to value my opinion.

The only problem i can see with the site is that it is left centered. Now what i would recomend you do is either extend it to full length or center it. If it wasnt for that it would be perfect. Also love your work, keep it up - This is the kind of sites we want to see on the internet

The left side bar is kinda crunched. And I have a big monitor, so I feel bad for the tiny ppl. Also, you should go with a background matching border around the adsense (checked out some of the ads to make sure they worked too ),

i agree the ads do give it way more "personal" and not commercial look
i'm going to remove them... Havnt made much anyway... and i'll consider more of your changes as i go
