also, one small thing, the logo is semi duplicated underneath it in the top left?

Nice design. But I would like to suggest that you do not use green for the fonts and grey for the background. Seems rather hard to view on my end.
Btw it would be nice to have the navigation on the left look like some buttons

and like quiteshirty said that there is a duplicated logo on the left handside, I placed a thumbnail here hope this helps too.

I like the layout compilation. However, do not use the green with the orange. The orange is a great color for your link but I would go with something a little less discrete. Possible a light grey would look nice. PM me if you need any help with design.
