Hey guys, not trying to spam the boards or anything with endless moneymaking referrals but I felt I might as well least see what anyone on the boards here thought of this deal since I found it quite useful.

ING Direct has a referral promotion (US only) where opening a new savings account with a minimum balance of 250$ results in a free 25$ given to the opening account. Not only that but the referrer gets 10$ from ING as well. However, they are unique referral codes and they are tough to come by online since many of them are used up and there is a set quantity per account (22 or something). Anyway if anyone wanted to take advantage of this offer you can shoot me an e-mail at onlinebankingreview@gmail.com or visit my short blog about this. Just make sure you include your full name and the e-mail you want the referral sent to. I really am pleased with ing thusfar, having received the free debit card to my checking account only 3 days after opening it.

Anyway the point is you get a free 25$, the ability to get up to a free 220$ in referrals and a great savings account with 4.5% apr (4.0% for their checking accounts) and just in general a great online banking solution. Feel free to let me know what you think.
