With webintellects.com.com I have seen no difference. All what they offer to you will get in full. I was attracted by their discounts, but next month when I needed to pay for their services for the next month I did pay in full with no regret. I see a lot of opportunities and planning to use this host for my business web sites. Not just for the own and personal ones.
