Is it legal to see replica handbags online?

Dumb question but I was wondering if it's legal to sell fake handbags online.

I am taking anyones side, just in general
Just because someone else is selling it does not make it legal.

Because this country has bigger problems than somebody selling some fake handbags online.

Why would you want to sell items that you even question the legality of? I believe it is best to stay out of a "black" market like that, as well as stay away from the "grey markets", which has something to do with importation of goods in non-compliance with US law or something like that. It is probably very tempting, as I read somewhere that there are $$$hundreds of millions+++ of illegal handbags in this country alone... If you still want to sell them without any interference, I suggest moving to a southeastern Asian country, where piracy is king...

It's obviously illegal. And it's a shame that a person on an entrepreneur forum would even consider such an unoriginal and illegal act. It's easy for all the inconsiderate morons in China and whatnot to rip off the high demand products of the western world, but you have to look at it from an entrpreneur's viewpoint.

Louis Vuitton, Gucci, all the cd and movie companies, and every other company that has their products ripped off, are started and run by entrepreneurs. Their businesses just like ours. And they lose billions of dollars of business to the hacks that sell knock off products. If any of us reached the point where our product became a highly desired item, would we think it's okay that other people take something we've put so much time and money into creating, and sell a nearly identical illegal item for their profit? Hell no! And you should feel the same way too.

I know counterfitting will never disappear and will only get worse, but if you're even considering ripping a product off, why are you here then? Go talk to some hacks on alibaba or eastern forums that make a living off of real entrpreneur's work.
