You'll like Infopia

Chase,

I'm a happy Infopia client, and they've been a key partner in growing my business. Do you have some specific questions? I'd be happy to try and answer them.

You can also check out my website, which is an Infopia storefront. I've even got a couple of pages about why I like Infopia:

Yeah, I actually do have a few quick questions...but please, only answer them if you feel comfortable..

- How is the pricing compared to other commerce platforms?
- How's the support?
- Would it be a good thing for a new business to invest in?

Thanks,
Chase Miller

- How is the pricing compared to other commerce platforms?

The pricing is amongst the high end of the multi-channel solutions, but it more than pays for itself in increased productivity and automation. Pricing is similar to the other big boys in this space - Zoovy, Channel Advisor, etc.

- How's the support?

I would rate support as 8/10. The learning curve, as with most software solutions, can be a bit steep, but they'll provide plenty of help along the way. Bug fixes are usually quite quick, and are thankfully few and far between.

- Would it be a good thing for a new business to invest in?

It certainly has been for my business. At some point, you'll need some sort of software solution if you're going to scale your business. The benefits of order management, inventory management, multi-channel selling, CRM cannot be measured.

If you'd like to talk more specifics of your business situation, feel free to contact me - my info is on that page I linked above. Please feel free to also ask more questions here on the forum, too!
