Hi, I'm still looking for a genuine wholesaler, I found this one called Genco Marketplace, they look not bad, they ask for a Tax ID and they are acreditted by the BBB. Can anyone give me an advise about this "wholesaler".

They are a fully owned subsidiary of GENCO which is 110 year old logisitics company based in Pittsburgh, PA. If you have any questions about GENCO marketplace they have a 1800 number you can call and get answers to questions in both English and Spanish. 18002243141 and select the option for customer service. Thank you for the information, are you able to give me more information about this company like what kind of goods they sell, if they sell light bulk for small e-business as me, if it's reliable for e-bay sellers to buy from them. I would also like to know if they charge any fee for their services.

FIRST OF ALL GENCO MARKETPLACE IS ON OF THE WORST COMPANIES I EVER HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH THEY DO NOT RESPECT THEIR CUSTOMERS THE ARE CRAP. I AM A RESELLER AND I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH A LOT OF OTHER COSTUMER RETURNS COMPANIES BUT THIS COMPANY IS BULL%!@

1 GENCO MARKETPLACE ALREADY HAVE A PLACE WHERE THEY INDIVIDUALLY SELL THEIR ITEMS ON EBAY WHAT THEY DO IS THAT THEY SELL ALL THE GOOD ITEMS ON EBAY AND THE REST THEY CANT SELL THEY PUT THEM ON THE PALLETS THEY SHIP OUT TO YOU SO YOU RECEIVE NOTHING BUT CRAP AND THEY SHOW THEM AS "CUSTOMER RETURNS" THEY ARE THE WORST IF YOU TAKE A LOOK AT THEIR WEBSITE THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY "SALVAGE RETURNS" BECAUSE THEY SELL ALL THE SALVAGE STUFF AS "CUSTOMER RETURNS"

2 THEY USUALLY FORGET TO SEND YOU YOUR ITEMS, WHEN I RECEIVED ONE PALLET IT CAME WITH OVER $1500 DOLLARS IN RETAIL INVENTORY THAT WAS MISSING WHEN I SUBMITTED THE CLAIM I CALLED A WEEK AFTER THAT AND THEY SAY THEY HAVE TO RESEND THE CLAIM BECUASE THE "INVESTIGATION DEPARTMENT" NEVER RECEIVED IT AND ASKED ME TO CALL BACK WHEN I CALLED BACK A WEEK LATER THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE NOT CAPABLE OF GIVING ME A STATUS OF THE CLAIM AND WERE TRYING TO ASK ME TO RESEND IT AGAIN SO I WAS TRANFERED TO THIS SUPERVISOR AND HE WAS VERY BUT WHEN I SAY VERY I MEAN VEEEERRRRRRRYYYYYYYY DISRESPECTFULL HE ACTUALLY TOLD ME SHUT UP AND I EVEN HAD TO ASK FOR PERMISSION SO HE COULD LET ME SPEAK HE THREATEND ME TO HANG UP THE PHONE AND THE ONLY THING I WANTED TO ASK HIM WAS "WHAT IS GOING ON WITH MY CLAIM" AFTER THAT HE TOOK MY INFORMATION AND TOLS ME TO CALL 3 WEEKS LATER
